Patch that adds support for 13d3:3402 bluetooth devices in the ath3012 driver

I just bought a new Asus N55JV laptop which has an Atheros Bluetooth Card with
the ID 13d3:3402. The Linux kernel is missing support for that.

It is an Atheros AR3012 card, so the ATH3k driver works fine. I attached a
patch, unfortunately I have no idea on how to submit patches correctly ;)
