Implement .activate .shutdown and .carrier_raised tty_port methods that manage the dlc by moving the relevant code from the rfcomm_tty_install and rfcomm_tty_cleanup functions. The tty_open/close/hangup functions are changed to use the tty_port functions that properly call the tty_port methods.
