If so, I would not be surprised if it was related to the race conditions in the code that I describe in aspect number 2) of my posting: http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-bluetooth/msg32674.html On a resume, the hci_conn device in sysfs is removed and re-added (along with the hci device, because the whole controller is reset as the system resumes). Due to issues in the code described at length in https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52471 the hci_conn removal is being delayed, so it races with the re-add: the re-add is trying to add the same device that should have already been removed. I've offered two patches, one for a problem on input devices (e.g. bluetooth keyboard/mice), and the other for another related race condition that affects the removal of the hci device.
