[PATCH BlueZ v2 5/5] iso-tester: Add test for Broadcast Receiver Defer sync to 2 BIGs

This adds a new Broadcast Receiver test, for a Broadcast Sink
synchronizing to 2 Broadcasters, using defer setup.
