[PATCH] bluetooth: add quirk using packet size 60

The RTL8852BE-VT supports USB alternate setting 6.
However, its descriptor does not report this capability to the host.
Therefore, a quirk is needed to bypass the RTL8852BE-VT's descriptor
and allow it to use USB ALT 6 directly.
