no longer able to connect to a Plantronics headset

Hi,

In the past (same laptop and headset) it has worked but it is no more
working after upgrading my current system (more details to follow).
The device scanning is able to list a lot of devices in my environment
but not the desired one and finally I used btmon to get more output.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Patrice
