for logs within comment #26, #27, #28. i don't find abnormal logs.

1)
could you share your drivers/bluetooth/hci_qca.c ?

2) how do you toggle BT? by UI or command line?

3) could you try by following below steps?

apply changes -> cold boot (power off then power on) -> rfkill list(share
results) -> hciconfig -> enble BT if it is not enabled -> disable BT -> warm
reboot -> rfkill list -> hciconfig ->  enble BT if it is not enabled-> check if
BT is able to be enabled succussfully?
