Sounds like it is a kernel problem since it seems to not be passing
the BASE back to usespace, or perhaps it is something with
BT_IO_OPT_BASE, we may be missing a test for BT_ISO_BASE in iso-tester
so we can check that it is reading it properly as it seem we only do
set via setsockopt but we don't have any instance of reading it with
getsockopt.
