[PATCH] dt-bindings: leds: Document Bluetooth and WLAN triggers

Add the missing trigger patterns for Bluetooth and WLAN activity, which
are already in active use.

While at it, move the mmc pattern comment where it belongs, and restore
alphabetical sort order.
