[PATCH] Bluetooth: Fix bug in l2cap_parse_conf_rsp()

 Acording bluetooth spec [Host Volume] chapter, section
 of "7.1.2 Response path", in l2cap_parse_conf_rsp(), MTU should be
 incoming mtu, not outgoing mtu.
