From: Nathan Holstein <nathan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> When negotiating for either Enhanced Retransmission or Streaming modes, both sides of the connection must agree upon the configuration. This patch adds support for parsing and validating the configuration receiverd from the remote.
