Hi,
Some of the null_blk parameters are defined as int which can lead to
unwanted behaviour with certain values. One of such an example is using
large values for poll_queues parameter, previously it used to result in
OOPs see at the end [1] and now it results in warning, see testlog.
E.g. setting up -2 for poll_queues actually tries to allocate memory
instead of returning error.
Add modpram validation callbacks to make sure we will not allow
users to set unintended values even by mistake and generate appropriate
error without any futher processing.
Please note that this is needed to write a big daddy testcase where it
uses all possible big values for the module parameters and make sure
block layers tag allocation works without any OOPs and errors out
gracefully.

is returned for modparams listed below.

*Modify NULL_PARAM() in a way it can now take is_power_of_2 arg
that is passed to null_param_store_int() and if it is set.

CONFIG_NR_CPUS * 2.
*Change valid range of hw_queue_depth max to 65536.

null_blk: add moddule parameter check
Move null_param_store_int() function to the top of the code so that
it can be accessed by the new NULL_PARAM() macro. The macro takes
name of the module parameter, minimum value, and maximum value as
input, then creates specific callback functions and kernel_param
ops for each module parameter. This macro ultimately calls the
null_param_store_int() function, which returns an error if the
user-provided value is out of bounds(min,max).
To prevent negative values from being set by the user for following
list of module parameters, uses NULL_PARM() macro to add user input
validation:

This commit improves the organization and safety of the code, making
it easier to maintain and preventing users from accidentally setting
negative values for the specified parameters.
