[PATCH for-rc 24/24] block/rnbd: Use strscpy instead of strlcpy

During checkpatch analyzing the following warning message was found:
  WARNING:STRLCPY: Prefer strscpy over strlcpy - see:

Fix it by using strscpy calls instead of strlcpy.
