A bigger logical block size just means we'll send bigger I/Os down to
the backing file, so I think it should be okay.

Patch 2 sets the physical block size to PAGE_SIZE, and we cap the
logical block size to PAGE_SIZE, so we won't actually hit that case
anyways :)
