bcachefs getting started guide

Hi,
I'd like to make sure that bcachefs developer and contributors are aware
that it's currently pretty hard (I didn't succeed) to get started with
bcachefs:

  * The [status page](https://bcachefs.org/) hasn't been updated since
March last year and a lot of things happened in between if I understood
correctly.
  * The `--help` output and manpages seem outdated `sudo bcachefs format
--group cache /dev/loop6 --tier 1 /dev/loop5` as suggested in `bcachefs
format --help` fails due to

        bcachefs: unrecognized option '--tier'
Error opening 1: No such file or directory

  * https://www.patreon.com/posts/tiering-is-dead-17110871 mentions that
disk groups have been merged an gives examples, but it's hard to use
them without a clean manpage (it mentions that they're not important if
one uses only one disk).

It'd be nice if the information would be synced and eventual
redundancies replaced with links.

I'm looking forward to watch bcachefs mature and become more usable.
Thank you for it.

-Kalle
