Intending to gain access to some ancient Zip media from my Atari times (Two SCSI Zip drives had stopped functioning), I bought a USB Zip drive on the local fleemarket a while ago, along with a couple of PC formatted media (VFAT). While the drive "just worked(TM)" with the bundled disks, it wasn't able to recognize Atari media, no matter if partitioned with VFAT, ext2 or minix FS. I haven't been able to determine why, I suspect it has to do with CPU Endianness. YMMV... Apart from this caveat, I think the price is much too high, after all this is last millenium technology ;) - IIRC I bought the USB drive for 5 €, 2 years ago !
