It is, I know. Not needing to monitor realtime audio...even at lowest
possible latencies it presents an issue when in line (channel inserts) per
channel on the mixing board, hence setting interface or software to
"hardware monitoring". In this case I do not need to be concerned with ultra
low latency. 

I love the convenience Mixbus provides with in channel compressors and EQ.
But it IZ a real resource pig!!
