There's probably nothing that you cannot already do with midish, qmidiroute, mididings, or even Pd, sc, etc. Except, with the LV2s you get tempo sync, [sample accurate] automation. State and connections are saved/loaded with the DAW session. Undo functionality is available from within the DAW as are presets and UI controls..
