No.

Please show the output of "lsusb -v" for this device.

If you know how to compile your own kernel and how to use git, you can
try the branch "full-roland-support" in the repository
<git://git.alsa-project.org/alsa-kprivate.git>.

If the Octa-Capture is similar to the Quad-Capture, then basic playback
and capture will work, but not any front-panel controls, which might
make it unusable.
