looks like the build has failed what do you get with

file /usr/lib/lv2/lv2_guitar.lv2/lv2_guitar.so

No, the lv2-team only made the strange decision that adresses, that look
like web-urls could be a great way to identify LV2-plugins. Since this
does work normally, it is not further questioned ;-)
