Quoting Len Ovens <len@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>:

My jackdbus2 says it is 1.9.9.5. (taken from ~/.log/jack/jackdbus.log)
The release notes say "- Add opus support to NetJack2."
jack_control ip netadapter Shows:
celt: Set CELT encoding and number of kBits per channel

You probably didn't have opus installed (or didn't have it compiled with --enable-custom-modes) when you compiled jack-1.9.9.5.

When I run "jack_control ip netadapter" I get
opus: Set Opus encoding and number of kBits per channel (sint:notset:-1:-1)
