You know, Blizzard are known to spend lots and lots of time on their software. So long development, basically, until the feel the product is ready, is okay. Anyone who ever developed a big product knows that any prediction of when it will actually be ready is just a very rough estimate.
As for hardware, what kind of hardware are we talking about?
