As far as I am aware, Mplayer has no such send-function. If you know, what EQ adjustments you want to make, you could include an equaliser in Mplayer, since it is able to understand LADSPA plugns. Otherwise, you could also use Ecasound, which is scriptable as well. Or latch on the suggesti9on made earlier, by using a preconfigured session/mix with non-mixer. But the correct mplayer ports connected to Jamin and Jamin connected to something else should also give you the audio. You might use jack_capture or similar tools to record from there. disadvantage is, that this would only work in realtime, i.e. take a long time to process a whole DVD.
