Thats correct. The fix for the compile error is committed to branch
origin/release-1.0.3 at git://lvtoolkit.org/lvtk.git
In case anyone else gets here and can't make immediate sense of that, it's:
git clone git://lvtoolkit.org/lvtk.git
cd lvtk/
git checkout release-1.0.3
avw.lv2 builds now, thanks.
