Yes, please enable downloads!
You can enable direct download at soundcloud, thus allowing everyone to
get the files directly without all the aches and pains. :)
Making downloads available is a good idea since the MP3 quality it
encodes to isn't the greatest (128kps, I think), it seems to
especially cause artifacts on instruments in the high register, like
woodwinds.
