I didn't realize I had jack set to a 48k sample rate and exported a wav.

Oops.

Any simple way to convert this?

I just used sox to do this:
sox export.wav -r 441000 resample.wav

Is that an email typo or did you really run with 441000?

Exported 500MB of silence.

At 44.1k that would be just around 50 minutes of stereo... If your export was around 5 minutes, then the typo was most probably in the sox invocation as well :)

Thanks for any advice.
