Perhaps a hint worth following: There is a cecilia package in the Debian Squeeze repository. Trying to install it, would also install csound and something like csound64-5.2. I couldn't test it anyway, it being graphical and me being basically blind. But it looks promising, where the dependencies are concerned. I hope that can help you.
