I do like the idea, too. That could be a step towards continuing of Jeremy's "Linux Audio Monthly Round-Up" series on http://linuxaudio.org/ : news about software releases, new Linux friendly vendors and devices. A collection of links, references to wiki-pages, hot email-threads, blogs, videos etc.. I know Jeremy put lots of hard work into those great articles but is currently not able to continue those (list-readers will know that he became dad for a 2nd time not too long ago). - He set a very high standard, maybe a bit too high to encourage others to write there as well.. Don't let that intimidate you! A few short messages or notes on the linuxaudio.org front-page would be cool! It's a drupal: adding some "poll" module to for the "pick of the month" should be trivial, too. Please inquire with Ico & me or on the consortium list for an account on http://linuxaudio.org I'm going to write a post-LAC blog for the site, once the LAC site itself is wrapped up but I am too busy to be taking care of regular font-page stories myself. best, robin _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-user
