No; but it works OOTB on debian. There are no special dependencies or reasons why it should not compile or work on Ubuntu. It requires a lot of build-dependencies (-dev packages of fltk, fftw, ogg/vorbis, libmad, portaudio, libjack, libsamplerate,..)
