Hello Josh!
this is not a solution. But I can understand your love for that. I did it myself. But nowadays you sorarely see a radio, that even offers to tune into AM. I just stick to computer only. Especially the big stations, that you can get over AM, can be relied upon having a stream online. Still I think, there are radio cards. Not sure, if they only support digital input, or if they can be connected to a house antenna.
