How are you controlling CPU speeds?  I haven't been able to find a way
to change CPU speeds on my Fedora 14 system.  I've googled it, and tried
the suggestions there, but nothing works.  I can MONITOR the CPU speed,
and see it changing with load changes, but I can't set it to full speed,
for example.
