Second question, if I wanna stick with lucid where can I find the
lowlatency or rt kernel (2.6.32 or higher) I'm looking for ?

Tango Studio: http://tangostudio.tuxfamily.org/
Based on Lucid and one of the better audio distro's available. Also
comes with a well functioning RT kernel (2.6.33).
