not a plugin, but Jamin is great for finally mastering, especially when 
you have to compete with the overcompressed loudnesswar bullshit of the 
kids, which happens when you submit stuff to compilations. It can get 
your stuff rather loud without pumping. I hate this but sometimes you 
need that.
