I have updated http://lau.linuxaudio.org with some of the ideas from this
discussion so far.
I'll need a few days or some contributions to get the live streams kicking
in. Anyway lots of good ideas so far.
Lets not loose momentum.

One thing : Linuxmao.org is not just a forum, but much like what you seem to be trying to accomplish now (only in french).
It is first a huge wiki for LA artists, and welcome a lot of people to share their songs and other programing ideas
