I want to blacklist 2 + 3 (webcam and RADEON HD4650 HDMI).

Afaik you can't. 2 is using snd-usb-audio and if you blacklist that module then your BCR2000 and DR-880 won't work anymore. Same for snd-hda-intel, if you blacklist that one the SB card will also dissapear from the list of sound devices. But of course the inevitable question... Why would you like to get rid of those two devices? They're not really getting in the way I think.
