For my 7200 it's set to performance by default and the 7200 by hwinfo is listed as "nVidia GeForce 7300 SE" IIRC those cards are often listed as 7200 / 7300. I only added the 173xx package for the proprietary driver from the Debian repositories, so it's an outdated version, not the current driver. I only changed the frequency from auto to 90 Hz.
