Unfortunately isn't Debian users not the right place to ask about audio.
If you have problems with the audio stuff in testing or sid then ask at: pkg-multimedia-maintainers@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxthey'd certainly want to know about any dependency or install problems, and would be helpful solving them.
