No it does not.
jackfreqd interacts directly with /sys/devices/system/cpu/
cat: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq: No such file or directory
All though I get the message above, without cpufrequtils installed, $ ./busyjack 60 doesn't give xruns anymore then...
