Hi,
At LAC 2011, Jeremy showed us how he starts a2jmidid -e & via qjackctl.
Wouldn't it be good to make that a default setting in qjackctl?
Especially for newbies, this might be useful.
althouth theres sth in the works at the jack tree (a2j), exactly as
Paul said in the other reply, Jeremy's trick is an old one and it
boils down to set `a2jmidid &` as your qjackctl post-startup script
(as in Setup/Options/Scripting)
cheers
In which file (on a debian based system) is that setting stored?
it is on qjackctl's configuration (~/.config/rncbc.org/QjackCtl.conf)
but i wouldn't touch that file anyhow--you should only use qjackctl
setup dialog to make up its settings
cheers
