I know of Sony and Dell that they have some sort of refund policies. And
I know of HP that they don't do refunds and of Packard Bell (Acer) that
you need to send back your notebook in order to get a refund.
Didn't MS announce some time ago that you now had to go through MS for
the Windows refund - or have I got that turned around?
