Hey,

I've an (old) Acer Travelmate 5720. Has a 4 pin firewire port, texas chip. Graphics wise its a Ati HD2400XT,
runs older OpenGL games very well (Urban Terror @ max screen res + candy).
glxgears @ 17446 in 5 secs on a -rt kernel.. :-)

CPU isn't awesome, simple Core2duo 2.0 but its fine for running Ardour + PianoTeq @  12ms with an AudioFire 12.

I don't know are they still available (doubt it to be honest, they're almost 3 years old now). I'm usually happy enough
with Acer gear, might be worth checking out? -Harry
