If Kontakt 2/HALion 3 mappings already exist, this might do the job -- it can convert from those formats (and various others) to SFZ and GigaStudio formats: http://www.extranslator.com/index.php?page=exsc It's a Windows app, but there's a free demo and it seems to run under Wine.
