SSD for audio

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

SSD disks seems to be fast and silent... but are they suitable for audio data, or is it better to just install your basesystem on it?

I know the masters of openoctave.org are using SSD for samples, at least. Other sounds on the Internet are that SSD is not perfect for audio (yet).

Regards,
