Compilation and installation went fine, but loading any instrument

Hello Fons,

We've been banging our heads (that includes Cal) on these issues too. 0.061 includes a rewrite of the MIDI part of Yoshimi and it's not 100% bug-free yet ;)
0.058 is the latest stable release.
