nice!  it looks like I might have my hands on a Roland MC-50 mkII
sequencer, which should be pretty enjoyable.

regarding small computing devices, are there any other suggestions?  I
know there is a company selling the Samsung Q1 Ultra with Linux
installed on it; are there other (cheaper?) alternatives in the Linux
MID market?
