These are my commands for a setup involving ardour on the [server] and
the [client] having a turntable attached to it in another room from
which I record old LPs.

[server]
jackd -S -R -dalsa -r48000 -p128 -n2 -D -Chw:M1010 -Phw:M1010 -Xseq -H
-M

jack_load netmanager

[client]
jackd -R -dnet

qjackctl will then show the client (hostname) in the Audio tabs.

This works flawlessly for me as long as I'm not using the network pipe
between these two machines for anything else.
