Hello Renato,

I think you will need Hydrogen 0.9.5 Beta 2 at least to be able to do
this. 0.9.5 has MIDI Learn that allows you to bind actions to incoming
MIDI events. I'm not a Seq24 user myself but I reckon Seq24 can send out
specific MIDI messages on pattern changes so an external app like
Hydrogen can pick those up. Hydrogen needs to run in Stacked Pattern
Mode for this to work.
