We'll never know, because we can't read it. You certainly can't tell good code from bad code by looking at the sick GUI they put on top of it. There's also a lot of horrid code you *can* read. Apparently nobody reads it, at most it gets copied blindly to yet another plugin which then inherits the problems of the one it is based on.
