This, also, is illegal.  Your chance of being prosecuted depends on
the value of the product whose intellectual property rights are being
infringed.  i.e.  did you know that when Pioneer creates a new seed,
they have to sequence the genome in order to patent it?

Yup, that's yet another analogy shot full of holes :)
