Yet another audio interface post

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried this one:

http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/producer/audio-kontrol-1/?page=380

They claim that it is supported under Linux:

http://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/compatibility/linux/

And the ALSA matrix seems to confirm it:

http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Matrix:Vendor-Native_Instruments

However, i haven't found any reports from people using it for recording.

Otherwise, I'd like to know if there are any USB2 audio interfaces
known to work fine with Linux, as my recording PC is a laptop and I
was lucky enough to buy one that includes the infamous Ricoh R5C832
firewire chipset :(

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Pedro
